  • The DEX, GT3, located in the domain gt3.finance, is a fully decentralized project. The GT3 DEX's governance is carried out through its DAO, which is the decentralized entity responsible for token listings and the governance of its DAPP.

  • Tutellus agreed with the GT3 DAO to delegate any evolution of the $TUT token project towards $GT3 through an equivalent airdrop to holders of the extinct token in exchange for using specific libraries and code repositories developed by Tutellus.

  • In this way, Tutellus is absolved of all responsibility from the launch of GT3. However, there is an option for commercial relationships if, at any point, the DAO needs to contract services provided by the company. The DAO itself would approve any development of this type.
